LIFT COMPONENTS
Machine Room Above: MADE IN ITALY Exceptional reliability with an average of less than one callback per elevator per year LIFTKOM is using one of the best elevators machine in the world SASSI Machine made in Italy MRA type will need room above the lift shaft and to be provided with air condition. Machine Room Less: MADE IN ITALY Exceptional reliability with an average of less than one callback per elevator per year Our gearless SASSI traction machine made in Italy with the new PM (permanent magnet) motor is packed with cutting-edge Technology, such as our unique stator-core structure and built-in double brakes, dramatically reducing the level of Torque ripple for a smooth and quiet ride. MRL Type will be installed directly inside the lift shaft without any need to machine room above. Hydraulic: MADE IN ITALY The success of our hydraulic lift over traction was due in part to planning laws governing height restrictions. With traction lifts, the motor room tended to be the highest point of the building. Hydraulic lift motor rooms could be sited in a variety of locations, removing the restrictive ‘box’ on top of the building. The lower headroom requirement also meant the hydraulic lift could serve the top floor of the building and still keep within height restrictions. Builders loved them, as the majority of the loads were taken into the pit floor, reducing building costs, and the motor room could be sited remotely to suit the architect’s building layout.
PLATFORMS
Platforms moving on rails are easily adaptable to changes in stairs and intersections. They allow people in wheelchairs to move up and down independently. The platforms are available in three versions:
– The standard version is a small-sized platform suitable for installation in spaces with limited space.
– The big version comes with a large platform – for large wheelchairs.
– The very large option is with a platform size of 1250 x 800 mm.
These facilities can be installed in existing buildings without the need to change the architecture or style of the building. They are also suitable for outdoor installation.
